I recently had the privilege of dining at an observatory restaurant in the heart of Manhattan that exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful views, as expected, on the top of WTC. Cocktails were pricey at $23, but again, as expected. I enjoyed the Uptown Martini more than my partner’s New World Fashion. We sat by the bar as we came here after work and didn’t think to make a reservation for a table by the windows. Nonetheless, we were able to capture the beautiful sunset views from the bar. Service was average, and we had to remind the bartender for some water - this is NYC, you get a glass of New York's finest as soon as you are seated.
